Question: How long do deliveries take?

Items are usually dispatched in 2 working days and are sent first class so should be with you in 3 to 5 working days for the US. If you decide on a faster shipping 2 – 3 days, please select priority shipping at checkout. For full details on shipping please see the details on shipping and handling 

 

Question: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?

Yes any item can be returned for and exchange or a refund for any reason provided that the item is unworn and the tags remain in place.

Returns are accepted 10 days after shipping and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the shipping fee.
Email sales@mymilayo.com for Return Authorization information and details. Online returns and exchanges cannot be processed in-store or online without the Return Authorization.

 

Question: Why does my bra ride up my back?

A bra rides up your back for two reasons. The first, the bra has worn out and the elastic has stretched. The second and most likely reason is the band on your bra is too big. Try a smaller back size and for more details please see our fitting section.

 

Question: Why does my bra give me a double boob on the front of the cup?

The cup is too small, try a larger cup size.

Question: How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number is immediately sent to your email with a tracking number.

 

Question: I have received an incorrect item what should I do?

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item and unfortunately, on rare occasions, errors like this can happen. Please return the item to us and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement. We will refund you for the postage costs incurred.
